Corporate bylaws, drafted by the founders or directors under the authority of its Charter of Incorporation, are concerned with the operation of the organization, setting out the form, manner, or procedure in which it should be run. - The bylaws of SLHO were adopted in 1972, amended on October 14th, 1994, and revised on October 21st, 2010, to include the changes in the revised covenants.
